Golf Cures and Fixes: The Instant Improver for Every Single Golf Shot

This creatively illustrated handbook, with foreward by Ernie Els, is like having a patient golf pro standing alongside who analyzes each swing and makes suggestions for any shortcoming. Mistakes golfers make are clearly seen in the way the ball reacts: short drives, slices, hooks, missed shots and more. Organized in chapters that relate to each type of club, Newell identifies the cause of each errant shot-foot position, grip or posture, for example-then shows how to fix the problem. He also recommends drills that will help cure the problem for good.
Customer Review: Did not have in depth fixes for my problems
I did not feel that the book had depth in suggesting corrections to my swing problems. They did list some of my issues, but the fixes were not laid out well or just not explained well.
Customer Review: Covers the most common errors for every club in the bag
Organized by the type of club that you use, from driver through putter, this book covers why you hit the bad shots that you do and ways to fix it. It is clear and concise and there are a multitude of photographs that help the golfer improve. Some examples including fixing the slice, topping the ball, hitting a sky ball, hitting a week shot, missing putts to the left versus the right. This will help golfers of any level.
